Agreement between User and http://wearenakid.com / NAKID, LLC
Welcome to http://wearenakid.com. The http://wearenakid.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by NAKID, LLC ("NAKID MAGAZINE"). http://wearenakid.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of http://wearenakid.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
http://wearenakid.com is an E-Commerce Site. The sale of merchandise and publications owned and created by NAKID, LLC.
Electronic Communications
Visiting http://wearenakid.com or sending emails to NAKID MAGAZINE constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Children Under Thirteen
NAKID MAGAZINE does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use http://wearenakid.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations/refunds of orders may be requested within 7 days of your order but are subject to review and approval and also meet the following criteria:
PUBLICATIONS/BOOKS:
To qualify for a refund/cancellation of your order it must not be damaged and still in original packaging. You may request a refund for review within 3 days of your order. If a cancellation/refund request is submitted after 3 days it is subject to review and may be denied - you will receive an initial email confirmation of your request being processed for a cancellation and the amount of days before it is applied if approved (this is not confirmation your request was approved). Requests for cancelation after 3 days are always denied though unless there is special consideration due to events outside the scope of the customer's control such as natural disasters. Requests made after shipping of products or delivery will be automatically denied upon review approval process.
CLOTHING/ACCESSORIES:
All clothing and accessory merchandise may have a cancellation/refund request submitted within 7 days of your order. Any cancellation/refund request after 7 days will be denied. This is a RocketLawyer.com document.
PRINTS/ART:
All prints and art work are not available for refund requests, all sales are final. If prints have defects then we may replace the print if mailed to us for review and we find that the printer sent you a damaged print. This process is subject to review and not a guarantee.
SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS:
All social media promotions are not subject to refund requests, all sales are final.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Any damaged or altered product due to shipping is not the responsibility of NAKID and will not be subject to a refund or return. If your product is damaged in anyway due to shipping please contact the carrier for a refund as it is insured.
